In this field test shooting video I test the Umarex T4E Glock 17 Gen5 CO2 .43 Cal. Paintball pistols at an indoor airgun shooting range to find out what real-world speed and accuracy are like. I start by putting 5 rounds through my chronograph and averaging the fps, then I set up a new target paper 30 feet down the range and put 8 rounds of paintball into it to see how close I can get to the grouping. Starting with the chronograph velocity test Umarex says you can expect around 350 - 400 fps which for me based on other field tests with similar .43 caliber paintball pistols. It might be using real paintballs but I was using a rubber ball for testing to reduce the mess in the C can. I was able to average 300 fps using the brand new CO2 in room temperature conditions, which means I think I can go even higher than the 300 fps I hit on this day in warmer conditions.

For the next part of the indoor field test I loaded 8 rounds into the Umrex T4E Glock 17 Gen5 CO2 .43 Cal. Paintball pistol and carefully placed in range of the paper target 30 feet down. I'm using my usual seated position with my hands resting on the sandbag in front which I've found to be fairly stable but will still have some human factors that can contribute to overall accuracy. My results were about what I would expect with paintball pistol shooting rubber balls, normally they would expand a bit at 30 feet and in this field test my 8 shot group expanded about 8 inches or so. They seemed to be good on target as a group and if I had shot at a human-sized torso at that distance I would have hit it every time.

The slide grids/pull down levers are designed just to give a sense of realism, but it's not functional - to disassemble the pistol, you'll need a Phillips #0 driver to remove the screws - there are five of them along the entire right side of the Pragati pistol. That being said, the pistol is a two-piece clamshell assembly.
Magazine release is standard, albeit too large/exaggerated for the GLOCK 43. This publication of the magazine is disappointing. The latter has a 9 shot capacity and the 6mm BBs are slightly staggered in succession.
Overall, it's a cheap and fun toy to toss around as a "lucky pack" toy, although not really a useful "training" tool for introducing youngsters to the sport of shooting, although with some supervision, the basics/etiquette of handling a pistol can be communicated, as long as the basics Things are not given enough.
